About Callum
I’m someone who loves to bring a sense of humour to my lessons, but I take my work very seriously. Having worked in children’s social care, I’ve faced many challenges, and those experiences have taught me resilience, patience, and a deep understanding of people. These experiences have also sparked my passion for training, as I love sharing what I’ve learned in a way that is engaging, practical, and helps others grow.

My training sessions are designed to be engaging, practical and down to earth. I believe people learn best when they feel relaxed and involved, so every course I deliver has a light-hearted atmosphere while still focusing on real-world application and professional standards. Each session is built around clear, accessible learning that gives you confidence to apply your skills straight away. Whether we’re covering Positive Behaviour Support, the Mental Capacity Act, First Aid, the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training or understanding Sexualised Behaviour, I make sure the content is relatable, inclusive and easy to follow. I adapt every course to suit the learners in front of me, whether you’re completely new to the sector or an experienced practitioner looking to refresh and grow. Accredited certificates are provided for all courses, giving you recognised proof of competence to support your professional development.
