About Floreska
Former principal ballerina with Maurice Béjart and Cirque du Soleil (Mystère, Las Vegas), I now offer focused one-on-one coaching to help dancers of all levels overcome technical challenges and unlock their full potential. I’ve performed internationally with world-renowned choreographers, collaborated with Gianni Versace, and appeared in the Cirque du Soleil film directed by James Cameron. I am certified in Pilates and Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), which enriches my teaching with alignment, strength, and body awareness work tailored to each student. I’m passionate about helping anyone who truly wants to grow — whether professional, amateur, or child. My coaching is rooted in years of stage experience, and shaped by a calm, respectful, and precise approach. I believe in intelligent movement, artistic clarity, and building confidence through solid technique. Whatever your background, I’ll meet you where you are — and we’ll move forward together

This is not a standard ballet class. It’s a focused one-on-one session designed to identify and improve the specific movements that are bothering you — whether they feel unstable, frustrating, painful, or just not working the way you’d like. At the beginning of each session, you show me what’s causing trouble. We explore it together: is it a coordination issue? A lack of strength? A stability problem? Or maybe a misunderstanding of the technique? You don’t have to figure it out alone — I’m here to observe, guide, and help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Every body is different. My goal is to help you understand movement in a way that works for your body — with precision, calm, and care. I also offer a second type of coaching: choreographic coaching. In this session, you bring a variation or choreography you’re already working on — whether it’s for an audition, a competition, a show, or even a family event. Together, we refine the piece technically, artistically, and musically — always with full respect for the choreographer’s style and intention. This kind of coaching is open to all levels and all ages. What matters is your willingness to work — and I’m here for that.
