My name is Chris Howell B.A, B.S.C
A life long athlete and student of health, performance and nutrition.
It has been an obsession for as long as I cam remember and will continue to be so.
I enjoy teaching and discussing the various topics that make up health and fitness.
Which is also a bonus as I genuinely enjoy helping people achieve their goals and mastering their body
