About Jahn
I'm been blessed with a winding journey from working as a military journalist and photographer, to teaching on a Native American reservation, to now working expressive art therapies where I assist others in processing trauma through creative expression in arts, especially photography and creative writing. I believe life is a matter of understanding our story and how to communicate it to others. Whether it is bad choices or a lack of skills, I don't believe in bad people, I believe in broken people and we all are on a different path on our journey to understanding our brokenness and healing from it. Writing is an incredible tool to do just that whether it be through poetry, an essay, or what we bring to our research. I love helping others find their voice.
