About Michael
I am a PhD student at UCL, with a Masters in Theoretical Physics, researching quantum algorithms to simulate biochemistry. In the past I have worked as a software engineer at Microsoft, where I used python to automate cloud computing based telecomms software. During my undergrad I carried out a placement in a local high school where I taught sciences, so I have experience in planning and delivering lessons.

It's easy to learn a programming language by using online resources. What isn't easy is understanding the clearest, most professional way to structure and write code. I'll start from the first lesson with this in mind, teaching you not just how the language works but how to think about tasks and problems, breaking them down so that you can build code to suit them.
