I am a student and I am looking to finance my next year of studies abroad as well as possible. I am a former swimmer for the Racing club of France, national level (French junior championship). I give fitness and muscle building classes.

I base my lessons on my experience as a former high level swimmer. I mainly work on the fitness and muscle building aspect (deep muscles). I give advice about nutrition for optimizing the results of the sessions performed. These will be centered on a little more fitness. The sessions are organized in a simple and rigorous manner. Indeed, from the first sessions we will establish together our objectives and what I call our driver file. We will carry out regular monitoring and a performance report. Concretely, during the first session (which is offered), you will present your objectives to me and I will give you my opinion based on whether they are too ambitious or if they are not justly enough. During the next sessions, I will have adapted a program corresponding to the objectives set. In any case, this program will mainly be based on lifting the body (without too much material). Depending on the program, the sessions can take place at home or outside (parks, gardens, etc.). We will then study together a key point of this fitness (or muscle building), nutrition. Nutrition represents 50% of the expected results. If you exercise but eat too much fat or snack between meals, these efforts will have been for nothing! Rest assured, the goal is not to starve yourself, but simply to eat at first may be less, but especially better! The sessions last on average 1 hour, no need to do 4 hours of sports in a row! The key is not quantity but regularity! This is why our sessions will be relatively short and intense, but regular. For an optimal result, it is necessary to count between 3 to 5 sessions per week according to your capacity of resistance. This is why I set up a package system: 1-2 lessons per week = 35 € / h 3 lessons per week = 30 € / h 4 lessons per week = 25 € / h 5+ lessons per week = 20 € / h I would like to remind you that my lessons are accessible to all levels. This is why we determine together from the first sessions the objectives to be achieved. I travel in Paris to your place, and if this is not possible, I organize my sessions on computer. However, you will have to add € 5 to your package if you live outside the 6th, 7th, 8th, 15th and 16th arrondissement of Paris. The additional € 5 will be used to finance my trips. If the sessions take place on a computer, then obviously these 5 € extra will not be necessary. For cancellations: I ask you to notify me as soon as possible. A session will not be refunded in the event of cancellation if you have not notified me 24 hours in advance.

Avant d'être entraîné par Nicolas je n'avais pas vraiment d'objectifs précis et je m'étais inscrit pour me donner bonne conscience et sans réel espoir. Mais Nicolas, dès les premières séances, s'est présenté à moi comme un jeune super motivé. Il m'a convaincu qu'avec rigueur, persévérance et motivation on pouvait atteindre tous ses objectifs. Il a une histoire et une expérience très intéressante du sport de haut niveau ( natation pour être plus précis). Il ne s'en vante pas et n'en parle que si on lui demande. Il ne se sert de son expérience principalement pour illustrer ses exercices et comprendre comment atteindre son objectif. J'ai passé de superbes séances avec lui et je lui suis sincèrement reconnaissant pour mes résultats aujourd'hui. Je me sens beaucoup mieux dans mon corps et ça peut paraître cliché, mais j'ai beaucoup plus confiance en moi après avoir repousser mes limites de l'effort.

Un coach grave cool, motivé et dynamique. Dès le début on s'est fixé des objectifs. Et il m'a aidé à les atteindre. En plus de cela il m'a donné un régime à adopter en supplément ( ses conseils régimes étaient bien évidemment gratuits), ce qui m'a permis d'obtenir des résultats carrément plus rapidement. En plus il se déplace et lorsque pour une raison ou une autre ce n'est pas possible, il assure les séances par ordinateur ! C'est un jeune homme mais très pro ! Et je vous encourage à lui faire confiance, car lui aussi a son objectif ( qui est d'amortir les coûts de son année d'études à l'étranger), et il le mérite.Nicolas est un mec super ! C’est un garçon poli, intéressant, ayant une expérience du sport de haut niveau remarquable. Cette expérience il nous l’a fait partagé et la met à profit lors de ses séances. Il a une connaissance et une maîtrise du sport et du corps. Il est hyper motivant et c’est un vrai plaisir d’être entraîné par lui. De plus, il m’a donné des conseils à propos de mon alimentation pour plus de résultats. D’ailleurs ils sont arrivés bien plus vite que je ne le pensais et je me sens beaucoup mieux physiquement grâce à lui !
