About Joelle
I have been interested in cooking since I was 14 years old. After attending vocational school, working in restaurants and in homes as a private chef, and hosting elaborate dinners for friends, I want to pass on my confidence and interest in cooking methods to others who want to be empowered in their kitchen.

I am an experienced chef who believes in teaching my students the same way I was taught- with important philosophies such as “mise en place” and “clean as you go.” My chef in high school also taught me another important one- “Work Smart, Not Hard.” I want cooking to feel like a distracting and relaxing hobby, thought of course there is some work and attention involved.

Details
For groups, the rate is $10 per person. I will not bring any tools (because I want you to learn to build your own kitchen,) and expect that the groceries I bring will be fully compensated as per the receipt(I will make sure there are no unwanted leftovers, and teach what to do with extra bits and pieces.) Cancellations must be made 1 week in advance.
