About Trevor
From a very young age I was drawn to movement and this lead me to a career in professional dance. I performed for over 30 years and was a Principal Artist in many International companies. Including English National Ballet and Rambert Dance Company. I also performed in Musical theatre productions around the world including The Phantom of the Opera, Evita and Cats.
Upon my retirement from dance I continued my passion for movement in the Pilates and Yoga field and I love guiding others towards healthy movement through the modalities of Pilates, Yoga and Functional Movement Therapy.

- I am a Comprehensively certified Pilates instructor and Teacher Trainer
- I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist
- I am a RYT 200 Ashtanga and Yin Yoga Teacher
