About Sophie
I’ve always been interested in sports, all of my school years I competed in cycling competitively, until I raced on the professional circuit in USA, Europe, and represented my country (NZ) at the World Championships. Meanwhile I cultivated a passion for the psychological aspects of sport and high performance, I have subsequently completed a degree in Psychology, attended workshops by world-leading psychologists, and shared thoughts on sports psychology with many olympians.

I like to adopt a teaching style which is more empowering than dictative. We’ll establish where you are at, and where you want to be. The rest is working out how to reach to goal point. Sport psychology is a hugely important aspect of athletic performance, but it also very subjective therefore there is no one way to teach it. It has to be tailored to suit each athletes situation.
