About Christian

I am a former college psychology professor and AP Psychology teacher with extensive experience helping students succeed at both the high school and university levels. I specialize in making complex psychological concepts clear, accessible, and meaningful.

My lessons are structured, evidence-based, and tailored to each student’s course and goals. I focus on building strong conceptual understanding, correcting common misconceptions, and developing effective study and test-taking strategies. Sessions are interactive, supportive, and designed to promote long-term learning rather than short-term memorization.

What sets me apart is my understanding of both AP and college-level expectations. I know how psychology is assessed, what instructors look for in exams and writing, and how to help students build confidence and independence as learners.

About the lesson

Each lesson identifies strengths, gaps, and misconceptions, followed by clear explanations using examples, diagrams, and analogies. I incorporate guided practice through questions, scenarios, or exam-style items, wrapping up with key takeaways, and memory aids.

As a former college psychology professor and AP Psychology teacher, I have a deep understanding of both introductory-level psychology and advanced academic expectations. I have a strong focus on study skills, exam strategies, and confidence-building with experience helping students succeed across diverse learning styles and academic goals.
