About Parmita
Throughout my time as a tutor, I have worked with a multitude of students with various learning and language differences. I strongly believe that with the right tools and techniques, each student can excel in any subject. The way I design lessons is around each student, starting off with a free consultation where I will speak to the student and/or parent to get a better idea of the learning strategies that work best, as well as what I can do to best help make tutoring a positive experience. Before each lesson, I create custom worksheets for each student based on the areas they need to work on most.

In addition to being a private tutor for the past few years I have worked numerous hours as a volunteer and intern tutor at Fora. I have a strong knowledge of high school, AP, IB, and college curriculums. Additionally, I have a vast amount of experience test prep tutoring students for the SAT, ACT, ISEE, and more. Currently, I am a student and part-time employee at Data Annotation where I work with mathematics, data science, and AI.
