I Having experience as a swimming athlete for 8 years, has 3 national swimming champion achievements and dozens of provincial swimming champions. I also have a private swimming pool in the city of Malang, East Java, and have taught many people starting from the smallest to the adult

My teaching method is to provide knowledge holistically; starting from the correct warm up and proper, good swimming techniques, proper breathing techniques, how to regulate the breath-heart-lungs in the water, to good cooling training so that after the exercise does not feel excessive fatigue.
