About Antonela
I am the founder of Mini Polyglot Albanian, a native Albanian speaker and fully trilingual professional in Albanian, English and French.
I am an accredited interpreter with more than 15 years of professional experience in teaching and interpreting. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting and work professionally between Albanian, English and French.
I also train interpreters and advanced language learners and am trained in Montessori principles, with experience adapting learning to different ages, abilities and learning needs.
What matters most to me is making Albanian feel accessible, enjoyable and useful. I love helping children discover the language, supporting parents who want to keep Albanian alive at home, and helping adults gain the confidence to communicate naturally.
For me, Albanian is more than a subject to study. It is a connection to family, culture and generations.

About My Lessons
My Albanian lessons are warm, personalized and practical, designed around each learner’s age, level and goals. I teach families with babies and young children, as well as teenagers and adults. I create a relaxed and supportive environment where students can build confidence, communicate naturally and enjoy learning Albanian.
For babies and young children, I make learning playful and engaging, using age-appropriate activities, songs, stories, games and conversation. I also support Albanian moms living abroad who want to introduce more Albanian into everyday family life and feel more confident speaking Albanian with their children.
For teenagers and adults, lessons can focus on conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing or real-life communication. I also work with advanced learners, professionals and interpreters who need a high level of Albanian.
Every lesson is adapted to the individual, whether you are starting from zero, reconnecting with your Albanian heritage, supporting your child’s language development or improving your professional Albanian.
