About Thomas

Thomas is the founder of FC Training: a private soccer/football coaching service that personalizes training to the players' needs. Thomas has connections to academy and collegiate scouts. He has assisted hundreds of players in reaching their goals and helped countless players to play at the collegiate level in the US. Thomas holds 16 years of competitive playing experience, 10 years of coaching experience, is a Director of Player Development at a successful youth soccer club, and is the Founder of FC Training. In his youth, Thomas represented the Columbus Crew and Blast FC, participating in high-level national and international tournaments/showcases. Thomas was an All-State selection in high school. As an adult, Thomas spent his collegiate career playing at Capital University. While still a student-athlete, Thomas encountered a love for coaching and helping the next generation through his experience and expertise. Meanwhile, Thomas recognized the importance that individual training, both alone and with private coaches, had played in his skill and character development. In 2022, Thomas started taking on players, in addition to team training, to help them along the development pathway. In 2025, Thomas officially formed FC Training and went public. His aim: to be the coach that brings positivity, expertise, and a love for the game to every player he encounters.

About the lesson

Many of my players compete in high-level clubs and teams, with several in MLS Academies and Collegiate teams.

Soccer/football coaching for ages 5 and up. All levels of ability welcome. Fueled by passion and a love for the game, I will help you reach the next level in a fun, engaging, and challenging way.

Each session is specifically designed to provide an appropriate challenge for the level of the player. The only requirement I have of you is to bring a positive attitude and desire to improve.

Thomas has helped my daughter greatly progress at soccer. Before she started private training with him, she didn't have a lot of confidence. She also wanted to improve on her technical abilities as a soccer player. Thomas began working with her and we saw changes almost instantly. He has helped her gain confidence and she has fun during her sessions with him. Her decision making skills have increased along with her ability to score. We are very thankful for the help and direction we've received from Thomas, it has been vital to our daughter's development as a soccer player.
