I am a dedicated and approachable tutor with a strong academic background in Business Management and 1 year and 8 months of professional experience in the BPO industry. My experience has helped me develop strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills that I bring into every lesson.

My Teaching Approach
I believe that effective learning should be practical, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs. As a Business Management student with 1 year and 8 months of BPO experience, I combine academic concepts with real-world workplace situations to help students better understand and apply what they learn.

My teaching approach focuses on clear explanations, interactive discussions, practical examples, and guided exercises. I encourage students to ask questions, express their ideas, and participate actively rather than simply memorize information. I also adjust my teaching style based on the student’s learning pace, level, and specific areas for improvement.
Typical Lesson Plan
