My knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human body and the absolute essentials of muscle building are more than adequate due to my study of sport both in college and out.

I am a student athlete. I study at A level (bio, psych, eng lang and sport) whilst being committed to becoming an elite road cyclist. Before my racing endeavors, I focused hard on building an aesthetic physique. I offer FREE in depth but easy to understand, personalized online training programmes with 24/7 personal contact. I offer my training for free because I would like to gain experience in this area to develop myself as a personal trainer for my future career.
