About R
I was born in the UK and English is my first language although I have Pakistani-Pashtun heritage and am very close to my roots. I am proficient in Urdu and Pashto. I also am quite passionate about Middle Eastern languages as well and have a small understanding of Persian and Arabic. I believe my linguistic abilities could benefit my students of different backgrounds.

My lessons are for children and a great opportunity for anybody that wants to learn Urdu as a hobby whether it is for travelling, cultural exposure or to connect with their roots!
I believe the best way to learn a language is to just increase your vocabulary and practice speaking as much as possible. That is how everyone learns their first language when they are young. Therefore I won't emphasise on the nitty gritty grammatical details so much as that will come naturally to you. I will teach you the very basic grammar (sentence structure etc) but emphasise more on vocabulary and there will be room for opportunities to have conversations and speak. I believe aural and verbal learning styles are ideal however I can accommodate you based on your learning techniques. Visual learning on the whiteboard is also useful in languages.
My main focus will be speaking however I can teach you how to read Urdu in nastaliq too.
I am also proficient in Pashto and have a small understanding of Persian and Arabic. So my linguistic abilities will benefit people of different backgrounds.
