About Nabil
Hi, I'm Nabil and I live in Cardiff. I have recently graduated from Cardiff University with a First Class Honours degree in French and Japanese. I’ve lived and studied in both France and Japan, where I deepened my understanding of language and culture in real-world settings. I enjoy teaching because I know how empowering it is to gain confidence in another language. Whether you're aiming to pass GCSEs/A-Levels, improve your conversation skills, or just enjoy languages, I’m here to support you. With a strong academic background, experience in presenting, and an adaptable teaching style, I aim to create lessons that are clear, engaging, and focused on your goals. I take pride in being reliable, well-prepared, and easy to talk to, so you can feel confident and comfortable in every session. My teaching style is friendly, flexible, and personalised to each student. I focus on practical language use, and building confidence - no matter your current level. Lessons usually include a mix of grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and listening practice, using real-life materials like articles and videos. I adapt each session to your goals and level, and always aim to keep things engaging and supportive. Most sessions are 30 or 60 minutes, but I can adjust based on what works for you. I have a First Class Honours degree in French and Japanese from Cardiff University, and have studied abroad at Université Paris-Est Créteil (France) and Waseda University (Japan). I’ve also delivered language-focused presentations to large audiences, which helped me develop a clear and adaptable teaching approach. I teach GCSE and A-Level students, adult learners, and beginners to advanced speakers. Whether you're just starting out or are aiming for B2/C1, I’ll help you learn with confidence and ease.
