About Clara

Hey, I'm Clara, I'm French and I am a yoga teacher! I've received my YTTC 200h diploma in August 2019 in India. I have been teaching in Indonesia, in Thailand, in France and now I'm happy to teach in Sydney! I am fluent in French, English and in Spanish, so don't hesitate to contact me for a yoga class in any of these three languages!

About the lesson

The purpose of my classes is to use yoga as a tool to understand ourselves better, this is why I always take the time to observe the physical, emotional, spiritual and symbolic aspect of each posture. I love to give sense to every asana and every class I make, because I truly think that yoga can be life changing.
Each student is unique to me and I always adapt my classes to each one's level, flexibility, etc... This is why you can feel free to contact me so I can adapt my class to your needs!

The lessons proceed very smoothly and Clara is always very easy to speak with and has an interesting background. Clara also shares tailored homework I can work on between lessons and has also been very helpful in recommending simple french books to read. A+

Our 15 year old daughter really looks forward to her Zoom lessons with Clara each week. Clara has formed such a great rapport with our daughter and this makes the lessons really fun and so productive.
Our daughter had previously dropped French at high school as she seemed to lose the passion for learning the language, despite the fact that she seemed to have a flair for it! She then agreed to learn 'for fun' and that's when we found Clara. After a few months, Clara has fostered and encouraged the love of this beautiful language in our daughter and provided encouragement and expert tuition to bring her up to a very high level of reading, writing and comprehension in a relatively short period of time. And the most amazing thing is that our daughter has now successfully rejoined her year 10 French cohort and is loving school French again at school too!!!! If it wasn't for Clara, this would not have happened. We continue with weekly tutoring with Clara too and hope that this continues for a very long time to come!
