About Celine
I'm Céline, French teacher, mum, and someone who believes learning a language should feel personal, not textbook.
I started in 2012, teaching out of coffee shops and libraries. After having my son, I realised my experience could help people, not just grammar.
Since then I've taught in primary schools, worked with private students, partnered with companies, and built group sessions and structured programmes, each designed around a goal: moving abroad, performing at work, or passing the DELF to ease paperwork.
A degree in hotel management, nutrition, and tourism, plus a TEFL certification, gave me the tools and confidence to keep going. What changed how I teach was realising most language blocks are emotional. So I work as a coach more than a tutor, using techniques to move through those blocks, my goal is to empower students to own their journey.

Learning French with me isn't about drilling grammar rules until you can recite them, it's about actually finding your voice and feeling comfortable speaking, mistakes and all. We go at your pace, whether you're a beginner or coming back to French after a long break, and sessions flex around what you actually need rather than a fixed script. It's less "lesson," more a space to practise, loosen up, and gradually feel at home in the language. It's also a place where you can grow as a communicator, where any new technique becomes the starting point for a new, improved you, content and satisfied with your achievements.
