About Anya

I am a language educator and graduate student with teaching experience at various private schools, such as Blyth Academy and Branksome Hall, and have been a French and Russian instructor at the Hansa Language Center since 2017. I love languages and look forward to helping you with French, Russian, Spanish, or ESL. I am also available for tutoring in other humanities and social sciences subjects.

About the lesson

I have a lot of experience in finding a unique, flexible approach to each individual student. Having taught all kinds of students ranging from 5-year-olds to adults seeking professional development, I know that each person is unique and learning needs vary. I look forward to giving you the support you or your child need to succeed.

Perfect! Anya has been tutoring my daughter and my son for over 6 months now in French and Spanish . She is an excellent tutor with lots of experience , reliable, consistent and very pleasant . My daughter is in grade 6 and her results from tutoring with Anya shown great improvement from 70% to 94% on her report card . We are very satisfied with Anya and we would highly recommend her.

Anya worked with both my daughters. She offered some tutoring, but the experience went beyond teaching because she was able to create such a great learning environment that my girls were always looking forward for Anya’s visit.
We are French speaking, and Anya was able to provide a multilingual atmosphere for the kids.
