About Lea

i'm Lea, 29 years old from germany, currently living and travelling in australia. Back at home i’m a social worker, working in a institue where we do coaching for familys with different issues and conflicts. I was always interested in human psyche and emotions and wanted to understand, why we are how we are and also wanted to help people to feel better. That’s why i did a training for systemic coaching/counselling a few years ago and started to work on my own childhood experiences. after having some difficult times i started doing yoga and meditation to feel better and to reconnect with myself and my body. today i can say it changed everything for me. eventually i got very passionate for this topic, i came in contact with my own spirituality, read a lot of books about selfdevelopment, meditation and did my own yoga practice and it felt so good. i wanted to share this with other people but didn't know how to start. in may 2023 i travelled to bali, where i did my yoga teacher training with house of om. there i learnd so much more about the history and philosophy of yoga, about hinduism, ayuveda and how everything belongs together. my love for this topic got stronger and i realised even more, that i want to help people to reconnect with themself to create a happier and more concious life.

About the lesson

I want to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself. With the help of asanas, breathing techniques and meditation, i would like to help you, to focus on yourself and create a balance between your body, your mind and your soul.
I would describe my flow as hatha flows, because i really want you to connect with your breath, to feel the posture and what is happening inside of you.

One session will be 45-60 minutes and you don’t need any expierince in yoga or lot of flexibility, neither it matters how old you are – just that i don’t have any experience in teaching children or physically disabled or very limited persons.

I just graduaded from my yoga teacher training (200ytt) and would like to get more experience in teaching.
