About Vilma
Hi Im Vilma Paredes, a fresh graduate of Bachelor of Secondary education Major in English, I have undergone virtual ESL training at clairevoyance academy Baguio City. Where I have learned how to handle the different proficiency level of the student. I have experienced online teaching during my practice teaching few months ago. l learned how to make my online class active and fun at the same time by using fun activities. Ialways assure that my students will learn and retain the knowledge into their minds. Im creative when it comes to classroom management and in making rewards to students. Im lively, patient, optimistic, punctual, flexible, passionate and adoptable. I have communication skills both oral and written. I believe every learners are unique because they learn in different ways and knowing that there's someone learned from me makes me happy.

My approach is depends on the proficiency level of the student. If my student is beginner I will do as much as I can to be lively, funny and creative so I can be able to teach them in a positive way. Its just like theyre playing and learning at the same time. I will incorporate songs and educational videos, fun games and activities to get their attention. I will also uss TPR andscaffolding technique.
If my student is interactive I will teach more on conversational to build their self confidence. I will assure that Im creative in teaching to get their focusI will focus more on reading, writing and speaking to improve their communication skills.. If my student is advance I think I must be an active listener. I will encourage my student a lot, to share his/her thought about our topic. To help my student o be able to confidently communicate not just with me but with alll other people around him/her. My typical lenght of a lesson is about 50 minutes.
My qualifications are Im a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English and I have undergone virtual ESL training at clairvoyance academy Baguio city.
My lesson is for biginner, intermediate and adult learner.
