My teaching methods involve a bit of creative approach and discussions instead of tedious work. The key to learning is understanding and questioning everything.If you have difficulty in retaining we can take neuro-Science based methods like active recall to help you. Some people are neurodivergent, (i too have a history of adhd) and they just need a different approach to studying.
