About Hannah
Hello! My name is Hannah, and I’m a native English speaker from the United States. I have spent over 10 years working in customer service, communication, sales, and leadership roles, where I’ve helped people solve problems, build confidence, and communicate effectively.
I believe learning English should be practical, enjoyable, and focused on real conversations. My goal is to create a relaxed and supportive environment where you feel comfortable speaking, asking questions, and improving your skills without fear of making mistakes.
Whether you want to improve everyday conversation, prepare for professional situations, practice pronunciation, or simply become more confident speaking English, I will tailor our lessons to your personal goals and interests.

My approach as an English tutor is focused on building confidence through natural conversation, practical communication, and a supportive learning environment. I believe the best way to improve English is by using it regularly in real-life situations while receiving encouragement, guidance, and helpful feedback along the way.
My lessons are personalized based on each student's goals, level, and interests. A typical lesson may include casual conversation practice, vocabulary building, pronunciation guidance, grammar corrections, and discussions around everyday topics such as work, travel, hobbies, culture, and current events. For students interested in professional English, we can focus on workplace communication, interviews, presentations, customer interactions, and business conversations.
What sets me apart is my background in customer service leadership and business communication. For the past seven years, I have managed customer relationships, trained teams, and communicated with people from many different backgrounds. I understand that learning a new language can feel intimidating, so I focus on creating a relaxed, welcoming environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and improving.
