About Nishita
I’ve always had a love for reading, writing, and helping others understand English in a clear, engaging way.
As someone who’s recently gone through the exam process myself, I know what works and what doesn’t when it comes to preparing for success. I aim to make learning enjoyable, confidence-boosting, and tailored to each student’s needs and goals.
I take my tutoring seriously and always prepare lessons carefully. I provide detailed feedback, useful strategies, and encouragement every step of the way. Whether your child needs support with comprehension, creative writing, grammar, or exam technique, I’ll create a calm and focused environment where they can thrive.

As a GCSE student who has achieved high Grade 9s in both English Language and Literature, I bring a recent and thorough understanding of exam requirements and how to succeed at them. My approach is supportive, engaging, and tailored to each student’s unique needs.
How I Teach
I break down complex ideas into simple, understandable steps and focus on:
Strengthening core skills: comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and creative writing
Teaching exam strategies: how to plan answers, manage time, and approach different question types
Boosting confidence through encouragement, regular feedback, and achievable goals
Lessons are interactive and student-led, so learners stay involved and curious. I also provide homework help, and mock exam practice if needed.
Lesson Structure
Typical lesson length: 60 minutes
Includes: a warm-up task, main teaching focus, practice questions, and feedback
Flexible pacing to match the student’s level and focus areas
Qualifications & Experience
1 year of tutoring experience (younger sibling, achieved his top grammar school, Wilson's School)
Grade 9s in English Language and Literature (GCSE)
Experience helping peers and younger students with English skills
Friendly, relatable approach from someone who understands student pressures
