About Ameera
Hello, future students! My name is Ameera, and I am passionate about teaching English. I am a 120 Hour TEFL Certified Teacher and I am pursuing my National Diploma in Teaching. I have hands on experience. I believe that learning English is not just about grammar and vocabulary, but also about gaining the confidence to communicate and express yourself clearly. I am interested in teaching because I enjoy helping learners strengthen their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Seeing students improve and grow into confident English users inspires me to give my best in every lesson. My approach to tutoring is interactive, student-centered, and designed to make learning English enjoyable and practical. What makes me unique as a teacher is my ability to combine creativity with structure — making lessons engaging while ensuring steady progress.
I am proficient in English and can also explain concepts in simple, clear terms for learners who need extra support. This allows me to connect with students of different backgrounds and create a comfortable learning environment.
In a typical lesson, students can expect a warm introduction, an interactive activity (such as reading, role-play, or creative exercises), followed by guided practice and feedback. I also provide small take-home tasks to reinforce learning.
My lessons are aimed at beginners, young learners, and school students who need help strengthening their foundation in English. I also assist learners who want to improve their communication, grammar, or literacy skills in a supportive and motivating way.
