About Johnathan
I want to teach because truthfully I love the subjects of biology and chemistry, studying at such an intensive uni has been extremely fun with getting to know the subject in depth from leading researchers and I love the idea of drawing more people into it. I also really struggled in my exams since I'm from a very deprived area so I hope to contribute some of the teaching I wish I had at 15-18. Therefore I don't just want to get you those grades but also hopefully give you some of my passion towards the subject and steer towards a scientific goal! If science isn't for you though, I am happy just to help you pass :)

My approach to GCSE and A level is all about past paper questions. Knowing the science in these papers is only half the battle, the hardest things are honestly knowing the key words and how the exam wants you to answer, getting into the swing of exam language. Therefore I focus both on the actual science by preparing a small lesson and how to wrap your head around the real exams using past papers which I go through with the client. I have a lot of experience tutoring online tutoring mainly GCSE but also open to A level. Lessons would be around 1-2 hours, I can tutor you to any grade you would like. I started tutoring my cousins during their GCSEs but since uni have tutored many people over Zoom and would like to tutor more so give me a message!
