About Tharshaana

The ability to connect instantly with individuals and begin trusting relationships, along with my strong motivational and leadership capabilities, prepares me to make a strong contribution into your/your child's education. With outstanding communication and many professional experiences, it has influenced me to thrive towards wanting to tutor pupils.I assure my pupils how studying is like exercising the human brain to induce passion towards their work and I support them throughout their journey to hit the highest grades.

Currently a grade 8 pianist and have completed ABRSM music theory upto advanced level with all distinctions. Passed all practical with majority of merits. I have a good grasp of composing and guiding pupils with learning the piano and completing all grades

I attended one of the top grammar school in my county where I coached myself in order to pass the 11+ examinations at a top rank and completed my GCSEs with secure grades. I am currently a second year university student studying Civil Engineering.

I have experience in working in primary school and tutoring pupils privately for 11+ and GCSEs.I believe the skills I have will enable me to motivate pupils by adapting to their style of learning. I would initially find where their areas of weaknesses are and support them from there. As an engaging, friendly individual I am extremely flexible to plan structured lessons or to adapt to the student's lesson plan.

As an individual who struggled myself yet thrived and received the best possible grades in my education,I would like to pass on my study tips and techniques to you/your children. As a young student, I feel that pupils will be able to feel more relaxed during tutoring sessions and start to build up their confidence seeing me as a friend rather than a teacher. I spend a lot of time planning for each lesson so no time is wasted during the online sessions which I would be providing via Zoom. Not only does the fees cover for the lesson but I will also be providing pupils with resources every week via email which includes revision materials as well as topic tests which I mark and share feedback.
