Hello! I’m Leny, and while I may not have formal teaching experience, I strongly believe that teaching begins at home—where patience, understanding, and encouragement are first learned and practiced every day.
As a mother of two, I’ve naturally taken on the role of a teacher in their lives. I guide them through their schoolwork, help them understand lessons, and support their growth not just academically but also emotionally. I genuinely enjoy teaching them, finding simple and creative ways to make learning easier and more engaging. This hands-on experience has helped me develop patience, adaptability, and the ability to explain things clearly—skills I’m confident I can bring into a classroom setting.
I don’t have formal classroom teaching experience or certifications yet, but I bring a strong foundation in teaching through real-life application, continuous learning, and years of guiding others both at home and in professional settings.
As a mother of two school-aged children, I actively support their education every day. I help them understand lessons, complete assignments, and prepare for school activities. Through this, I’ve developed a practical teaching approach—breaking down topics into simple, easy-to-understand steps, using examples they can relate to, and adjusting my style depending on how they learn best. This experience has strengthened my patience, creativity, and ability to make learning engaging and less intimidating.
In my professional background, I’ve spent over 13 years in the BPO industry, including time as a Team Leader and Virtual Assistant. In these roles, I trained new team members, coached agents to improve performance, and guided individuals in understanding processes and tools. I created action plans, provided feedback, and helped team members build confidence in their skills. This experience reflects my ability to teach adults in a structured and goal-oriented way.
