About Anna
Computer Science student with 2 years experience as a Maths & Science tutor. During this time, I have absolutely loved helping students excel in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science. A level qualifications: A* in Physics, A in Chemistry and Maths, B in Further Maths.
I'm passionate about supporting young people on their learning journey. It's such a privilege helping people believe in their own abilities and seeing them grow & make progress. I particularly love creatively catering to individual learning styles.
My skills of working with young people were developed throughout my own teenage years, where I worked for 'Youth University' - an outreach program running activities to help inspire a love for STEM subjects through interactive sessions based around coding, robotics and science experiments.

I create a learning environment where you or your son or daughter can feel comfortable asking questions as they explore new concepts. I am enthusiastic about helping students realise and achieve their potential, consistently aiming to encourage them that they are capable of mastering tricky concepts and inspiring them to become lifelong learners.
To make every lesson fun and engaging, I incorporate games and visual learning strategies, adjusting the lesson to your learning style. Practice questions are also a key part of my lessons as this helps to consolidate knowledge and prepare students for exams.
Lessons are typically an hour.
