About Jessica
Hi, I’m Jessica. I have a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Forensic Psychology, alongside experience working within mental health and community services. I am also currently completing counselling training, which has strengthened my passion for supporting people to develop confidence and reach their goals.
Throughout my studies, I understand how challenging psychology can sometimes feel, from understanding complex theories to knowing how to structure essays and critically analyse research. I enjoy helping students break things down into manageable steps and build confidence in their own abilities.
My approach is friendly, patient and supportive. I aim to create a comfortable space where students feel able to ask questions, develop their understanding and improve their academic skills.

My lessons are supportive, collaborative and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I aim to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their understanding of psychology.
I can support with psychological theories, essay planning, critical analysis, understanding assignment criteria, research methods and building confidence with academic writing.
My approach focuses not just on completing a piece of work, but helping students develop the skills to approach future assignments independently
