About Craig
I’m a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Glasgow, currently working as an engineer for a local authority. My background gives me a strong understanding of how Maths is applied in real-world contexts, which helps me explain concepts in a practical and engaging way.
I enjoy helping students discover that Maths can make sense once it’s broken down clearly. I’m patient, approachable, and motivated to help every student reach their full potential.

My lessons are friendly, supportive, and focused on helping you truly understand Maths — not just memorising the steps. I teach National 5 and Higher Maths and Applications of Maths, adapting my approach to each student’s learning style, confidence level and goals.
I know how tricky these subjects can seem at first — but with the right approach, they start to make sense quickly.
I focus on clear explanations, step-by-step problem solving, and plenty of practice using past paper questions. We’ll build strong foundations and develop exam techniques so you feel confident and prepared.
Lessons are available both online and in-person around Glasgow and Paisley (and surrounding areas), and each session is tailored to you — whether that’s boosting your grades, improving confidence, or getting ready for your exams.
