About Eva-Maria

Hi there! My name is Eva. I'm a 25-year-old Estonian living in Malta. I have over 10 years of experience teaching different school subjects to my younger siblings, other relatives, and friends, including Estonian to both native speakers and foreigners. I don't have a teaching specific degree, but I do have a B.A. in Social Sciences majoring in Psychology. Additionally, I have over 2 years of experience being an online psychologist, an online psychology mentor to junior mental health counselors, and being an online teacher to psychology students at several universities in Estonia.

I'm passionate about sharing the knowledge and skills I have with my students in an understandable and captivating way. I’m dedicated to your success, with patience and empathy, I’ll help you master your goals! Together, we’ll turn challenges into achievements, and make learning an enjoyable journey!

About the lesson

I'm happy to offer interesting, useful and thought-provoking lessons in Estonian - for both Estonians and foreigners wishing to learn Estonian (also Psychology)!

Estonian (and Psychology) lessons can be taken by students of any age and any background! I have personal experience teaching any age group in these subjects.

Every lesson will be personally tailored to your individual needs and preferences. Preparing the lesson and giving you feedback after it, is always included in the price of the lesson. I'm preparing the materials myself for each student, using available scientifically proven and accurate materials or creating them myself following the same principles.

Lessons will last 60 min at a time, and will be conducted online via Google Meet. Lessons are private - one person at a time - to be able to give you undivided attention and tutoring.

(For Psychology lessons, I am open to tutor both students that study the field and wish to gather additional knowledge or need help with their study materials and topic understanding, but also people that are just genuinely interested in any psychology-related knowledge. Teaching Psychology, I always follow information and use materials that are scientifically proven to be accurate. I never use non-checked or speculative information.)

I deliver my lessons in English or Estonian, according to the student's preference.
