I am from Galway. I am going into my 4th year doing primary teaching in Mary Immaculate College. I am also hoping to graduate with a specialism as Gaeilge.

About Rachel
I have always had a passion for the Irish language and subject since I was young. I went to a gaelscoil for primary school and I did higher level Irish in secondary school. As a teenager I went to the gaeltacht 'Lurgan' in Galway, not only once but twice. I have went to the gaeltacht twice during college to Dingle in Kerry and also to Spiddal.
I am a very patient and kind person and I believe that every child should be supported through their learning. Is fearr Gaeilge bhriste ná Béarla cliste. This means broken Irish is better than clever English. If you do grinds with me I am not looking for perfect students but simply my job is to help you improve and reach your full potential.

I can help students at Primary school level orJunior Cert and Leaving Cert level who want some additional support in Irish. I would run through questions for the scrúdú cainte agus an léamhthuiscint. I would provide support with Grammar also. Every child no matter the level can improve with a bit of practice.
