About Brett
I am come from an immigrant family background, having moved around and migrating to Australia at a young age. I learn very early on that language is the key to expressing ourselves and sharing our cultures with other people. It is often said that those who speak multiple languages inhabit different souls and slip into a whole different character, and I've found that to be absolutely true with me.
What I hope to share with you is the confidence and joy in being able to express yourself in a way that is fully you, so that the moment we end out classes you're able to step out into the world and use the very things we just learnt! I believe in this because this is exactly how I learn languages too!

I find that spoken word and conversation in someone's own native language is the best way to help someone learn a new and completely different language.
I have a Bachelor of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language from National Taiwan Normal University (Class of 2020) and learning and sharing both my mother tongues has been a life long passion of mine. I also love to share the culture around the languages too and how we express ourselves!
