About Elise
I have over 3 years of teaching Economics and a Master’s in Applied Economics. I specialise in guiding students through topics like demand and supply, market efficiency, and fiscal policy. My lessons focus on connecting theory to real-world examples to make learning practical. I emphasise critical thinking and problem-solving for graphs, statistics, and case studies. I work with students preparing for high school exams, IB, A-Level, and university-level courses. Lessons include interactive discussions, past papers, and scenario analysis. I also cover international trade, development economics, and labour markets. My approach helps students understand how economic decisions affect individuals, businesses, and governments. You will gain skills to interpret data, evaluate policies, and communicate your findings. I encourage students to ask questions and think analytically. My approach to teaching Economics focuses on understanding the principles behind market behaviour and decision-making. I cover microeconomics, macroeconomics, behavioural economics, and economic policy analysis. Lessons include real-world examples, data interpretation, and hands-on activities. I’m very good with Investment Strategist and Policy Maker, and I guide students to connect theory with practice. We analyse graphs, evaluate trends, and explore case studies. My method encourages critical thinking and questioning. Students gain confidence in problem-solving and making evidence-based decisions. I break down complex concepts into manageable steps. Together, we explore economic models and their practical implications. I provide regular feedback and targeted exercises. Lessons are interactive, analytical, and enjoyable. Economics becomes clear and applicable. My goal is to help students succeed academically and think like economists.
