About Ismael Abdillah
I’m currently pursuing a BA in English Literature and Humanities at Thomas Edison State University. I also teach Qur’an and specialize in training non-native speakers in precise pronunciation using a sound-mapping method. I’ve adapted this approach to English to help learners achieve clear, confident speech through structured articulation practice and conversational learning. My method has been effective for students of diverse backgrounds and builds gradually toward comprehension of classical English literature.

This course offers a structured, scientific approach to English pronunciation and accent reduction. Using techniques from articulatory phonetics, we train the mouth, tongue, and vocal tract to produce English sounds accurately and confidently. Like a speech coach or vocal trainer, I focus on sound mapping, mouth positioning, and auditory repetition.
Over time, we’ll apply this precision to natural speech patterns and conversational rhythm — and eventually engage with classic English literature as high-quality listening material to reinforce pronunciation, cadence, and vocabulary recognition.
