My teaching methods are tailored to each individual student because everyone has their own unique way of learning. I emphasize understanding the concepts thoroughly and applying them effectively, rather than rote memorization. One technique I strongly advocate is the Pomodoro Technique, which involves breaking study time into focused intervals with short breaks in between.
