About Chieh-Lin

Hi! My name is Chieh-Lin Lee, and I have a MSCS degree from Northeastern.

In 2022, I interned at both Wayfair and Intuit as a full stack engineer for a year, gaining industry experience by delivering features and end to end workflows while collaborating with peer engineers and cross functional teams.

During my Masters studies, I've also acquired in depth knowledge of topics such as Distributed Systems, Computer Systems, Database Management, Web development and Cloud Computing. In terms of programming skills, I have a strong grasp of various programming languages and frameworks such as Python, Java, Javascript/Typescript, React, Spring, Django etc.

I am experienced in software development, including agile, scrum, planning, and executing at a fast paced environment. Aside from development, I am also well versed in the data analytics domain, with hands on experience in ETL, visualization, modeling, and testing using tools such as MySQL, T-SQL, R, Python.

About the lesson

As a tutor, my approach to teaching Python is to provide a hands-on learning experience that emphasizes problem-solving and real-world application. I believe that the best way to learn programming is by practicing coding exercises and projects, and my teaching method reflects this belief.
