Tom has been tutoring my daughter since August 2019. She was very behind with her maths knowledge and was finding it difficult to understand and keep up in school. Tom's kind, approachable and patient manner gave her the confidence to approach and tackle problems she would previously have not even attempted.

Tom recognises the different ways a student learns - or doesn't understand - concepts and tailors the teaching to suit the individual.

My daughter's school reports show that she has improved by two grades in less than a year (consistent over the last 3 reports) and her confidence has continued to improve.

Tom has been teaching my son (11 years old) for nearly two years. We were initially impressed by Tom’s professionalism. He researched the exact syllabus that my son was completing at school. He taught to the exact syllabus and also around it so my son was fully prepared for each lesson. He also taught exam techniques and practice exams leading up to school exams. My son was fully prepared. His science lessons are amazing. He teaches and talks around the subject making it incredibly engaging and interesting. My son absolutely loves the lessons and really looks forward to them every week. Tom has a wonderful demeanor and is able to engage really well with my son. Tate looks forward to his lessons each week. I can relax as I know that Tom has everything covered even before I mention it. He is on the ball and preempts any school tests and exams.
