I am a well-travelled lady with 5+ years in a corporate lifestyle. I am also Mediterranean, which means I I understand the difficulties in setting health habits both within corporate and personal life.
I have always had a passion for fitness and nutrition and have guided my clients to successful change over the last 3 years.

My approach to nutrition is food that you actually want to eat and can feasibly fit into your current lifestyle (including going out and cultural food moments!) I want to heal your relationship with nutrition.
