About Eimear
I have been teaching in a Secondary school in Cork City for six years. Gaining experience teaching both HL and OL in Biology and Math at leaving cert along with Junior cert Sciences and Math.
I have a great love for learning and the outdoors which is what first attracted me to teaching Biology and Science.
I teach online which offers a high level of flexibility with scheduling. My goal is to provide the learner with a comfortable environment to make learning relatable and meaningful, building confidence alongside understanding.

I offer student-centered online lessons tailored to each learner’s needs, whether they’re studying for exams or learning for interest. My teaching focuses on clear explanations, step-by-step guidance, and practical examples, while encouraging questions and active participation to build confidence and support progress.
Lessons usually last 60 minutes, with flexibility to suit individual needs. I also allow for students to contact me with questions or problems outside of the session through email.
Having six years of teaching experience in mainstream education and in a Special Education unit have worked with students of all abilities, helping them improve their understanding, exam performance, and study skills.
My lessons are suitable for primary, secondary, and early college students, as well as adult learners looking to build skills or gain confidence.
