About Tiziana
I have been a teacher for over 17 years and have worked with a variety of age groups in the primary sector.
It is my belief that learning must be fun and relevant. A positive attitude will influence the children’s whole experience of education and have significant effect on their overall levels of attainment.
You can be confident that I will be able to identify gaps in the children's learning, often a cause of low achhievements. My extensive experience will help me offer them a variety of teaching and learning styles which will better match the way they learn.

My lessons are interactive, practical and fun. I specialise in Primary education and I aim to build on what each child already knows and consolidate their understanding and desire to learn.
Through one- to- one teaching I want to ensure that children enjoy learning, develop curious and inquisitive minds and a’ can do’ attitude which will see them through their schooling years and through adult life.
I encourage independent, critical and creative thinking; essential skills which are more and more expected in education.
I have worked in the independent sector for many years and I am very confident when preparing children for entry examinations.
My lessons are usually 45 to 50 minutes long. This allows time for a catch up with parents about next steps,homework and any explanation they might need.
As a fluent Italian speaker, I can prepare students for A level and GCSE exams as well as run group conversation classes.
I will be travelling for the next 6 months so would love the opportunity to work with overseas students.
