Charlotte teaches my son who is having his GCSEs this year. I am very pleased with the outcomes I am seeing. These are online classes we started when the schools were closed due to Coronavirus. Charlotte is very easy to talk to. She makes sure she customises her teaching to each of her students to target their weaknesses and communicates with parents the progress that their child is making. If required, she is happy to set homework every week, get it checked, and provide feedback, which I think is very important to help students work independently.

We engaged Charlotte to tutor our two children on English literature, a subject they were lacking in their Italian bilingual school. Charlotte chose to work with them on Shakespeare’s Macbeth. She taught in an entertaining and fun manner that used a variety of didactic methods to keep the kid’s attention while reinforcing the GCSE material. The kids not only improved their understanding and knowledge of English literature but also improved in their general writing skills. Charlotte was always prompt and prepared regardless of if the meetings were in person or on google meet. She used google to organize and prompt the homework. We were all quite happy with the sessions, even though it was on the weekend, the kids never complained.
