I am a fully qualified teacher (PGCE) with more than 15 years' teaching experience. I am friendly, encouraging and patient and a Master's degree in French from Oxford University. I am also a qualified teacher of English as a Foreign Language.
In French sessions, I improve the student's confidence and fluency by focusing on communication. I am also very happy to tailor lessons to suit the student's requirements (eg grammar issues or specific exam preparation).
I am enthusiastic about languages and my lessons are designed to nurture the student's enjoyment of these wonderful subjects as well as preparing learners for exam success.
I have two grown-up children, both of whom had tutors, so I understand the tutoring relationship from both sides!
