About Dolores

Having dynamism, warmth, dedication and commitment makes me an ideal tutor who strives to inspire students to be motivated learners as well as to achieve excellent results in Spanish. My passion for the language and culture as well as to see my students thrive and achieve their full potential helps greatly.

About the lesson

With every tutee I carry out an initial assessment of their needs and abilities, and my teaching begins from there. Only then I proceed to start working with the student to fill gaps in their knowledge, improve areas of weakness and stretch them to achieve their full potential. Each lesson is tailor-made to the individual needs. I use a wide range of techniques to make lessons engaging as well as achieve results. I use both established published materials and those that I have created myself over the years.

Perfect! First meeting with Dolores was great. She really took the time to understand my current level of Spanish, and worked out how to help me best. Dolores is fun, very engaging and is clearly very familiar with the exam system which is also something that I need as an adult learner.I am really looking forward to future lessons

Perfect! I had my 1st lesson with Delores on Friday….. she is a very charismatic and enthusiastic teacher and I know I will be able to improve my level of fluency in Spanish enormously (if I do my part).
And most importantly, I am sure I will enjoy the learning experience.
