About Savannah
I have a B.A. in Anthropology and Japanese Studies, two majors which have required a very involved understanding of the English language beyond what is expected of a native speaker. I have over a year experience in tutoring multiple subjects including all core subjects to the 11th grade, college level Japanese, ESL, writing and reading comprehension, and Latin.

I approach each topic by figuring out where the student is at with their understanding and any possible roadblocks they are having in comprehending the topic. Once those roadblocks are identified, I will work together with the student to address issues and create real practice that will allow the student to exercise and grow their competency.

Details
My general price for tutoring lessons is 20$ an hour. If the session is only one hour and I must travel to your location, then a 5$ travel fee will be added. If it is over an hour long then the normal rate of 20$ will apply. I offer a free trial lesson that is 45 minutes long, and sessions in general do not have to be on the hour mark. If you are in need of tutoring but are unable to afford this rate, then we can negotiate the price together. Thank you!
