About Duygu
I am a psychological counselor and at the same time I have been dancing as a hobby for 16 years. I studied Latin dances, hiphop, modern dance, Indian dances, belly and zumba. I participated in championships in Latin dances. I have also been practicing yoga for 5 years. I am actively giving oriental lessons. I had about 30 students.

While teaching the lessons, I first give information about the branch. We definitely do warm-up exercises before lessons, and we cool down at the end of the lessons to prevent muscle pain. During the lesson, I both teach the techniques of movements and do improvisation and choreography. They are very active, calorie-burning branches.
