Hi! I offer simple and fun classes that help children and teens learn about real-life skills—like handling emotions, building confidence, speaking clearly, and staying calm in tough situations.
My sessions are not like boring lectures. We’ll talk, share stories, and do fun little activities that help you understand yourself better. Whether you're shy, stressed, or just want to grow as a person, my classes are for you!
No pressure, no judgment—just a warm and safe space to be yourself and learn how to be strong, kind, and confident every day.
